Shipping information
This page summarises where we ship, who we ship with, and the cases in which delivery is not possible. The shipping costs for each destination are in the table on this page; the payment methods are on the "Payment" page.
Delivery area
We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union and to Switzerland. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom or to other non-EU countries.
The countries you can select as a delivery destination during checkout are what counts.
We deliberately do not deliver to other countries, even where individual carriers would offer them.
Carriers
Depending on destination country, weight and the speed you choose, we ship with the following carriers, as a standard or an express service:
Weight
Shipping is a flat rate per order and destination country. It does not depend on the weight of the shipment; however many parts you order, the amount shown in the overview is charged exactly once.
Excluded postcode areas
Some postcode areas - islands and remote regions in particular - are excluded from delivery. The shipping cost overview further down this page lists them per carrier.

All prices include VAT. Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order, regardless of weight or quantity, and is shown to you before you place the order.
Batteries and other dangerous goods
Lithium batteries count as dangerous goods and may not travel by every route. If your order contains a battery, fewer shipping methods are available:
- Express services are not available for shipments containing a battery - within Germany just as for every other country.
- The order then travels as a standard service.
Which shipping methods are actually available for your order is shown during checkout.
If no shipping method is offered
If one of the points above means we cannot ship your order, no shipping method is offered during checkout. Do get in touch through the contact form in that case - there is often a way around it.
